Create schedules for new and existing accounts or operate ad hoc in real-time. Assign drivers to these trips and the schedule, or notification, will be sent automatically to the drivers. The drivers are able to confirm and communicate with dispatch from this notification. Push communications are available for drivers, riders and dispatchers.
Add and maintain customer address, phone, and billing or trip history. Customer account summaries are available in one convenient place.
All users in the system are able to communicate with each other real-time using our internal communication system.
A user may create a custom funding source which has its own unique billing components. One Insurance payer may bill by the mile, while another may have a standard charge and bill per mile after 10 miles.
Trip totals are calculated automatically for each trip, depending on its funding source and the mileage recorded.
